Need dummy proof directions from MCO to All Star resorts!

I talked a co-worker of mine into renting a car for a few days as she's planning a side trip to Universal. Now, I have to provide her with fool-proof directions from MCO to All Star Sports. I know to have her take 417, but I'm always the passenger so don't pay attention to things like road signs. Can someone give me the step-by-step from Dollar rental to ASSports?

If it were me, I would have her take DME to her resort, and rent from Alamo at either the Dolphin, or the Car Care Center.

This is great.
I had directions from MCO to All Star Music already but wanted to stop by a grocery store on my way to the hotel.
Deb's site gives two options for that.
