Need Disney Scavenger Hunt Help

We have a trip planned to WDW in July with 3 other families. There will be 4 kids 11, 16, 16, and 17. They have decided they want us parents to put together a scavenger hunt for the parks. I need suggestions! We thought of simple things such as
-find a CM with your name (they all of fairly common names)
- find a CM from a X country (we would give them a different one every day)
- we thought about trivia questions that the kids had to find the answers in the parks but I need help with these questions.
- hidden mickeys-- we would give them lists of certain ones to find

Anybody have any other ideas???? Some random things we could have them find and take pictures of. Or any trivia questions.

I think you should take us with you so we can plan out the scavenger hunt for the kids.

I know you´re looking for ideas so you can plan one yourself but I thought I´d mention Gifts of a Lifetime if you haven´t heard about them. They planned a scavenger hunt for my family at WDW in 2008 and it was AMAZING. We had so much fun and it was so well planned. I can´t recommend them enough
