Here ya go!

Pull out of EI and turn RIGHT (Funie Steed)
When you get to the 4 way stop turn LEFT (Formosa Gardens)
At the light turn RIGHT(hwy 192)
Next light turn LEFT (Sherberth)

Follow till light
Turn RIGHT(Osceola pkwy)-follow on site signs.

I'll add my 2 cents worth to the directions. When you are coming out of Disney to get back to EI follow the directions for Animal Kingdom Lodge and it will take you back to the Sherberth Rd. intersection. Turn left on to Sherberth and then return the same way you went in.

This is from Windsor Hills....but this map is helpful..print it out! EI is right down US-192 to the west of WHR.

Just for your information even if you take the wrong way and let me tell you every one does at first there is a turn around right in AK parking lot just for this.

We are down twice a year with family and friends we have a 6/5 there is always a story how they have made the mistake at least once. My brother had a mental block and did it all but once. Could have been worse my mom was heading to SW and ended up near BGT when she finally decided she was going the wrong way.

If you are not use to the drive it all is new and we all have made errors. Not as well as my mom of course but we all end up where we want to be eventually

Another good laugh.

My aunt came down and went to a steak house west of EI. She knew she needed 192 west because that is where EI is located. Not realizing she was west of EI she kept going on 27 and back on 192 heading east. She would stop and get directions but all she ask for was 192 west. She went in a circle about 4 times before she figured it out.

We have had our fill of stories.

You have no idea.

When we have family down they spend more time in their cars then in the parks.

EI as you know is a gated community. How hard can it be to find our home.

I had to talk my Uncle Bob who was having directions read to him by my Aunt June while having me talk them thru it while on their cell phone. They almost drove by me while I was waving my hands on our front lawn.

Not sure how long it took them to get out of the gate, but am sure it was not on their first attempt.

We have owned our home for 2.5 years and I have given out directions from MCO to Miami and have never had a guest complain. My immediate family have been the most challenging. The best part of this is we have owned our home like I have said for 2.5 years and they have all been down more then once. It must be genetic.

I'm literally laughing out loud at this one. My husband just asked me what was so funny!

Seriously, Emerald Island is definitely NOT hard to find, nor is it difficult to get on the WDW property from there.
