Need Direction

Thank you all for helping with my decision process.

We are thinking that DVC might not be for us. I'm not 100% on that yet but at least I understand the realities of exchanging.

I found a spreadsheet that will help me with the financial facts of buying into DVC. I'm going to recalcualte our projected use and see if it's worth it.

Dori's Twin, There are many reasons to buy DVC & probably only a very few for not buying. Finances need to be respected but cost them out over 40-50 years. remember that the only increases ar the yearly dues. the size of the unit(studio, 1bdr.etc) is very important. The studio has no washer/dryer, but is larger than a hotel room & has a mini kitchen. If you are a regular at WDW you should consider the number of points you need as a minimum since you can add on later if you need to. You can also rent points in a pinch. Over all if you go to WDW at least every other year DVC may be for you anyway.
