Need Design Help

Can someone please help me! I want to make matching shirts for our upcoming cruise and I found an image on here but I am new to this and wanted to know how I can get the image. Any info would be appreicated.

Depending on the image just right click onto it and "save as" either to your desktop or picture file, where you can find it later.
