Need design help for 5th graders

Hi I am trying to help out my cousin. She is wanting to do autograph shirts for her daughters fifth grade class. She would like it to be in an oval with an owl in the middle (school mascot), New Hopewell Elementary curving around the top of the owl, and Class of 2008-09 curiving around the bottom of the owl. The school colors are red and white. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks again. Amanda

I tried to print this from the larger image and it's a little blurly when I try to make it a full page. Is there any way to save it in a full 8 x 11 size. Thanks for all your help.
