need crocs sizing help quick!

about to place order and now confused about the sizing...

my 4 yr old wears a 9.5 size shoe right now. since the crocs sizing is 8/9 or 10/11 which one should i get? i heard they run quite big so should i just get the 8/9? does anyone have a similar situation that could tell me what size would work better? thanks so much! i am just afraid a 10/11 would be huge on her and she won't be able to wear them b/c they would fit a size 11.

I would go with the 8/9. They aren't $50 shoes and if they don't last her the whole summer, you're not out that much money. Those 10/11 will fit up to an 11.5. Just a thought.

If you get on their web site and choose a shoe, beside the size selection button is a link to a size conversion chart.

Also, last year when we bought them online for our kids they had a page that you could print off that had foot outlines that corresponded to croc sizing. I can't remember what it was under but you should be able to do a search of their website and find it if it still exists.

My DD ended up going the size lower than what I thought I should have bought for her since they do run a little large. DS was on target, though.

DS usually wears a size 1 1/2 shoe, but in crocs he is in a 12/13, because they tend to run large, at least on my kids. I used the print out chart last year, and it said to get him a 1/2, and they are still too big this summer! So we ordered the 12/13 for this summer and they fit perfectly.

My DD is a 9.5- very close to a 10 on the left foot.... and she just started wearing the 10/11 when we went to Disney in March. They are a little big, but her 8/9's from last summer were too tight. When she starts wearing a new size, I tend to have her wear her Mary Jane's since they have the extra strap, they seem to have a more snug fit.

I have been making out great at the crocs.com outlet the last few weeks! Everyday they seem to add a new color mary jane for 9.99 and free shipping.
