Need creative ideas for contest prizes

I need everyone's ideas. On Christmas Eve we have family and friends over for dinner, this includes a game of Cut-Throat Santa and a pre-dinner activity of Gingerbread Men decorating. We make this into a contest to see whose is best. We have a range of ages (Adult, College, kids) and really have fun with this. So far I have found a Baker's Hat in a Santa Theme (i.e. Chef hat shape but in Red and White) a small gingerbread man cookie cutter filled with chocolate and a gingerbread man ornament....but I need some less expensive ideas....We hand-out prizes for best, worst etc...anything we can think of....So please send me ideas...I love to hand out as many prizes as possible!

What about an inexpensive mug filled with holiday candy or hot cocoa mix. Target has those warm, fuzzy socks on clearance for $2 in some cute styles.
