Need Club Penguin Help!!!!!

DD got a penguin today, came home and typed in the code. She then got confused and clicked yes on an item she didn't really want. She is now in tears over spending money on the thing and then making a mistake. I cannot see any way to delete the item and choose a different one. Can anyone help me!? She wants the stuffed bunny. She picked the pom poms. She clicked on them and then meant to say no but hit yes. She was sooooo excited to go buy the thing and then just as disappointed when she hit the wrong thing. If I may vent a little - Why do they not include instructions! I am upset for her and frustrated too!

Just asked my daughter who is a huge club penguin fan. She says you are stuck with the item, can't return it.

My DS said the same thing, he is a huge fan also. I have to admit I have even played the games at times!

She can earn "money" by playing games and then buy what she wants.

Thanks. That is what I was afraid of. She says you can only get the rabbit from the treasure book. Can she earn points for that? She doesn't think so.

I guess I will go get another penguin tomorrow with another code. It is the first day of school I guess it will be a little surprise. This stuff really burns me. They market to the young kids and then don't provide instructions. I did send an e-mail to the club penguin site. Not that I expect to hear back from them.
