Need CG info and Recommendations Please!!

I have never been to CG and have looked at the menu and am trying to decide between the tenderloin and the pork tenderloin,I have never ordered pork at any restaurant in my life(I do like pork) but I know this is a very popular dish can anyone tell me what it is like?I do know that I will be eating alot of steak on the dining plan so I am wondering if the CG steak is really exceptional ?I think it is prepared a little differently( I think I read it has a sauce) than other WDW restaurants that it is worth trying over the pork.Also those on the dining plan can you tell me if you could order a flatbread as an appetizer or do I need to find something else on the menu to get as an appetizer?

I've had both the steak and the pork tenderloin and much prefer the tenderloin with polenta. It's soooo good and tender. Yes, you can order the flatbread as the appetizer. The cheese ravioli is really good appetizer too.
