NEED candy bar wrapper template

I am sure there is one here somewhere but when I search nothing comes up. I am making candy bar wapper for a friend to use as the favor for her son's Boy Scout Court of Honor. We are using Hershey 1.55 ounce candy bars. I searched the internet for templates but they are all in a ZIP file and my computer won't unzip them.

HELP! Do you have a basic template in either Word or Publisher (those are the programs I have on my computer) that I could use? You can PM me or post it here....

I would be so grateful.....
