I've bought higher thread count sheets at JC Penny, Costco and Sams and as long as I get 400+ and they are 100% cotton I'm not disappointed.

If you have a Tuesday Morning store in your area they get really great products, high quality stuff, that is cheaper than what you get at Target and WalMart stores. I've been lucky that I find a neutral color there that will work with whatever room decor I have, everything from white and ivory to gold and burgandy.

No, didn't buy them. But am very seriously considering it!!!! That bed we slept in was heavenly!!!!!! It wasn't just the sheets, even the actual bed was VERY comfortable! The first thing I do when I am at a hotel is sit on the bed to see what kind of night I am going to have. I couldn't believe how comfortable it was. Bed, sheets, pillows, EVERYTHING!
