need assistance

Just back from a great stay at Pop Century- I really enjoyed this resort and would stay there again.
My questions/problem is - my daughter got a cute glitter picture frame from the arcade (yes, she played enough to get one!!). However, her luggage got lost on the way home - went all the way to Puerto Rico instead of Minneapolis! It took several days and many detours to reach us. Not surprisingly. the picture frame was ruined. She is heartbroken. Is there any way I can purchase a new one? Is there someone I should speak to at the resort? Thanks for any help you can provide.

I would call the resort directly and ask if they can send you another one. Sorry I can't give the # though as I don't have it - maybe someone will come along and post for you. I would think they should be able to send you a new one though. Best of luck!
