Need Assistance

There is something wrong with my account and I'm not quite sure what's causing it. For a little over a week now, everytime I try to log in, I can't seem to. Sometimes after everything has loaded the screen just goes black and other times I can get the maps and click on those and view inside the different lands but I can't actually get into any room. If I click on a room, it goes nowhere, and just stays on the same screen. I've tried logging in from 3 different computers and have had no luck and made a new account last night and that worked just fine on my regular computer. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is it possible I have been banned? Would I have gotten some kind of warning? I used the "contact us" option on the vmk login page but nobody ever got back to me and I still can't get on. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Well, I can't answer too much. But as for VMK getting back to you, do you have their address listed on your ok list in your email?

This may be why you haven't received a response from them.
I've never been banned (yet) and don't know what it looks like.

If you can get to the map sometimes your not banned.

If you look at the "important threads list" stickied at the top of the forums you will find a tech login issue discussion that might help you out

Thanks to both of you. I gave vmk a yahoo e-mail address which doesn't seem to filter anything, but I'll try to enter the vmk e-mail address as a safe one.

I'll also go see if anyone can help me on the other thread. Thanks!
