It's been two and half years since I've made ADRs. I'm a little rusty. Our 180 day mark is 9/15.
What time can I make ADRs on the computer?
Do I still need to call?
Do the phones still open at 7am Eastern time?
Anything else I'm missing?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I know they can be made online now. Just go to the restaurant on the Walt Disney World page and then hit "find a table" and enter in how many are in your party, the date and desired time, pick an available time and book it. If you don't have a dining plan, I think you have to pay a deposit up front? I'm not sure though, as we have a dining plan.

I still want to follow this, though, because I don't know if I should be leaping like a panther at the computer at midnight EST or if I should wait until 6 am, etc etc.

Online 6 AM Eastern time
Phone 7 AM Eastern time

You might have to call because there have been plenty of glitches and hiccups in the system.

You will have to include credit card information for all TS reservations for the no show guarantee. Be aware of the cancellation deadline (mostly the night before the reservation). If you fail to cancel and no one shows up at the restaurant you will be charged $10 per person no show penalty. Some meals/events have a different cancellation deadline (e.g. Wishes Dessert party, CRT, dinner shows, etc)so check your email confirmations.

CRT and the 3 dinner shows (HoopDe Doo, Spirit of Aloha luau, Mickey's Backyard Barbecue) are fully pre-paid at the time you make the reservation, unless you link it to your dining plan, if you have one. Even with a dining plan you'll need to give your cc info for the no show penalty, which in the case of these 4 is the full prepaid amount.

Everyone needs to be included in all the reservations even infants, whether they will be eating or not, or need a seat at the table or not.

Thanks for the info. It looks like I'll be getting up at 5am (CST) on Monday morning :surfweb:!!

No deposit necessary to make an AdR. They take CC info from everyone, dining plan or not, because if you don't cancel the day before they charge you $10 per person.

6 am EST is the earliest you can book. I leave my ipad on the reservation for the restaurant I want most with the date and time cued up so all I have to do is hit find table and I am ready to go.
