Please-we usually fo in Feb. and have not r4enewed our AP's, but wife now wanys to go this November instead. Trying to decide if I should do Ap's again. Thanks for any help/info.

Unfortunately, you can no longer book your dates with a best rate discount. 
The new program requires that reservations are made at least 120 days prior to arrival. Currently the earliest you can book the best rate discount is mid-December.
