Need advice!!

Yesterday I called MS to add-on a night to my cash ressie for November. The CM said he would have to cancel my entire ressie and then re-book with the extra night? I said ok....I just don't want to lose the ressie completely.

Well, he cancels the ressie, and then he can't re-book it!!! I was on hold for nearly 20 min as he was trying to fix the situation. He took my number and said he would call me back....but never did.

So I called MS before they closed and spoke to another CM who said she could see my ressie had been cancelled. She tried to go in and re-book but said it wasn't letting her "grab the ressie". She spoke to a supervisor who said they were aware of the problem, and that someone would get back to me.

As of 9:40 this morning, I have still heard nothing. And I have no ressie (I checked on the DVC website and nothing is showing up). Thankfully my ressie isn't until November and it's at AKV, which hopefully won't be a big deal rebooking (unlike losing a BLT ressie!!). But right now they have my cash deposit of $900+ and I have no reservation!

Any suggestions on what to do? Call back? Wait for them to call? Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Definitely call back, and ask for a supervisor. If you were adding on to a reservation, I've never heard of having to cancel the original one.

I hope you have CM names and times for those calls...it would be helpful for the supervisor.

Regardless, go ahead and call as soon as you can and get it straightened out with a higher level CM. Good luck! :)
 
I have also never heard of them cancelling the whole points reservation to add a cash night or two. That seems odd. I would call back if you don't hear anything by this afternoon.
