I'm going to FL in August. Before going to WDW we'll be flying into Fort Myers Airport. I want to rent a car there & then return it when I get to WDW. Is there a car rental company that will pick up your rental car at your Disney resort?

They won't pick up your car at the resort. You need to take it to nearest rental place, which for National is on site at WDW and it will provide transportation back to your resort. Note renting in one city and returning in another often means that rental price will not be weekly or other discounted price but instead regularly daily rates which can be quite high.
