Need advice/tips on trans. from airport

We usually drive to WDW but this time we are flying in on Jan. 27th. We aren't going to the parks that day because we get in at 6:30 p.m. but I would like to stop off at a store on the way to the hotel so we can load up on bottled water and snacks for the kids. I have heard of a car service that will stop off for a 30 min. shop included in price of service. I guess I want to see if it is cheaper to actually rent a car vs. the service. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids so we would need something big enough for all of us.

There are many towncar services in the WDW area, but we always use Tiffany and have been extremely pleased with them. I highly recommend them.

I can't comment on renting a car, because we've only done so for a few days at a time when we wanted to go off-site. On-site, we never used it!
