I have made reservations and have paid most of it off.. originally when we announced that we were going my sister wanted to go with us, (her and her dh and 3 kids) and she was totally gung ho on going.. well she had some financial set backs and said no she could not go.. now she is saying that she MAY go... I am staying in the FW cabins and I want us to be close together so the kids can go back and forth and hang out together I am thinking that I can make her reservations and use my credit to go towards her room and if she can not go then switch the money back... is that possible? should I do that? I need advice.. the good thing is if she comes that she will pick us up at the airport so that will reduce the need (and $) to get a rental car.. but I just hate that she is going back and forth on it.. I may just make my plans and if she can come great, and if not then I am not waiting.. but my only hesitation is having our cabins near each other.. how hard is it in January to get this if she decides last minute?

Thanks for any advice
Kathleen

You could go ahead and make a ressie with your credit card. If you need to cancel their reservation, they can apply the deposit to your own reservation (if it's a room only deal). I'm a planner, so it would drive me nuts if someone was going back and forth with their decision.
