Need advice on what to do in this situation

I have three nights booked at OKW in a studio on points and then moving on July 4 to BLT Standard View! :cool1: I then booked the 8th and 9th of July on cash also as Standard View. I rcvd my email confirmation and it said April 8 and 9 not July :scared1:. So I call this morning and they said they could not put me in a standard but in a LAKE view so I will have to move again which I am not happy about!! I also felt it was an issue with member services and not my mistake.

Is there anything I can do about this? Should I call back MS and complain or just keep trying back to get the standard view?? If we do get to Bay Lake do you think they would just try and give me a standard view if available for the entire time???? I really do not want to move again!

They should find a way to upgrade you all 3 nights together. a lake view with the price of a standard. This is not silly, but it should have been offered. At the least, find a way to get to the top of the waitlist, or switch all 3 last nights to the same type accomid. I couldn't imagine them expecting you to move, let alone any saving they would need for additonal mouse keeping. .. i would be :scared1: good thing you noticed!!!!!!!
 
Sorry this happened to you. Did you ask to speak to a supervisor? I, too, think you should have been give the upgrade since it was not your mistake. Might not hurt to call Member Services and ask to speak to a supervisor. Good luck and keep us posted on how you make out.
 
There should be a record of the call and it should say whether the CM told you April or July. Talk to a supervisor and see what they say.
 

I would definitely call back and talk to a supervisor and tell them to check the calls (I read they are recorded) to see what was discussed.

I do think if they hear the tape and it indicates it was the CM's fault, they should do something to help you out.

The only problem is that there are very few SV rooms so hopefully they can find a way to fix things.
 
Thanks everyone! I did call back yesterday and was told the same thing so today I think I will call back and ask to speak to a supervisor. Very frustrating!!! I will let you know how it turns out! Thanks again! :)
