Need advice on villa or condo

I am planning my familie's very first trip to WDW in October. I am looking to rent a villa or condo since there will be 7 of us going. I have found a price of $79 a night for a 3 bdroom 2 bath villa in the Somerset complex on a website called rentalo.com. Is this a good price or does someone know of anything better?????????? I need ALL the helpful tips, advice and such that I can get.

I just stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at the Sweetwater Club. It was a very nice place, owned by a friendly English couple. I paid $399/wk. You can get that price for October too (if it is available). PM me if you are interested in the details.

Sommerset is a very nice, basic, but roomy and close to Disney just off highway 192.

The pool is small but well heated and well kept.

The master BR has a private bath with a nice walkin shower...

I think you would find them to your liking....7 will be a full condo...

We are probably staying at the HIlton Grand Vacations Club on International Drive (they have 1,2,3 bedroom suites) with jacuzzi, balcony, washer & dryer, regfridgerator, and microwave with free shuttle to Seaworld and Universal. It is a newer resort and hard to find pics, but here's a website I was given by another disboards user... GOod Luck
