First off , thanks to everyone with there messages of support, they meant alot.

Getting down to more practical matters i have been in touch with insurance company about the Holiday and i have filed a claim . Hopefully i will get 11 days back im just not sure, has anyone else gone through this?? secondly, we had a 5 park flex ticket which we used once in universal but the guy at the insurance company didnt know if we could get our money back on this ticket. Does anyone have any ideas?? i know once you use the ticket once thats it started and its valid for 14 days so have i lost this ticket.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

We have been thinking about you and Ashleigh....

Hopefully you will get your money back on the holiday. Where did you get your flex ticket from? Have you asked them about refunds?? Haven't got any practical experience to help I'm afraid.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you....

Hi Steven

It is difficult dealing with practicalities like this at this time I know. The travel insurance companies I have dealt with have been very sympathetic toward clients in same position as yourself.

I would think they would consider how much a 1 day ticket would have cost and deduct this from the value of your ticket (not a great return I know!)

I hope they surprise you and give you a higher allowance than this, but perhaps by lowering the expected return any extra will be a bonus.

Take Care and thinking of you both at this terrible time
