I really need some advice! I have only been the week after thanksgiving or in Jan. So I need some advice for crowds and weather. Although i doubt the weather would be much different between the 2 choices of dates that I have.

We are looking at either the last week of Oct. but are affraid of crowds. I have heard about crowds in Oct. and around halloween?
Other choice is arriving sat. Nov. 6th and hitting a water park on thur. the 11th and leaving on friday. This would mean we wouldn't be in the main 4 parks on the actual holiday but still didn't know about crowds? Is there anything else going on then? When is Jersey week? We are pretty used to low crowds but this year our travel dates aren't super flexible and we are tired of freezing in Jan. the kids want to swim alittle.
thanks for any and all advice!

On our Oct trip we went the week before veteran's day. Arrive Sat leave Sat. The beginning of the week, the crowds were very manageable but as the week progressed the crowds increased. As an example... the Sat we arrived we were still able to get Fast Pass for Test Track at about 5--6pm... The Sat we left, the FP return time by 11am was after 1pm and epcot was very busy.

The weekend of the holiday you should expect to be busy but other than that it was a great time.

;) We got off the DisneyWonder and then spent 3 days and 2 nights at Disney and even attended the MNSSHP on Halloween night!
We had a blast! Did MGM on Oct 30 and did just about everything we wanted with no problems. Fast pass worked great. Went to Fantasmic and got ther real early and did not even need too. It did fill up,but not till almost 15 minutes before it starts.

On Halloween we did MK and it was perfect early. Did all of Fantasy land and then around noon it started getting busy. We still managed to do everything we wanted. Went back to hotel and rested and then headed to the party.

That was crowded, but the lines for rides were not long at all! We did Haunted mansion and space mountain with 5 minute waits. We got back to the party the park around 5:00 and they let us hang out untilt he official party started. It was so much fun! Loved the headless horseman and all the halloween decorations. There were lots of people mingling around. I would not mind going back to the party, but not on Halloween night. We did see both parades and then second one was way less crowded. Had a great spot to watch and then left.
So I would say crowds are very manageable and the weather is still perfect for swimming!!!!:sunny:

We also have been the week after Thanksgiving and that was great!! Low crowds! We had good weather, but sometimes I think it can get cool...

Have fun planning!:wave2:
