Last year I booked through a travel agent and she was great. However, I'm feeling pretty confident that I am up to date now and can to it on my own. We want to book the family suites (which hardly ever qualify for a discount) at ASMu and I'm thinking I should go ahead and book through my CAA.

My questions are...
1)Can I book it myself?
2)If I book it through an actual Agent and a discount happens does that mean I have to wait for that particular Agent to apply it?
3)Can I book room only now and than add on the DDP and park tickets or vice versa?

thanks

My questions are...
1)Can I book it myself? Yes
2)If I book it through an actual Agent and a discount happens does that mean I have to wait for that particular Agent to apply it? Some agents don't keep tabs on Disney like others do. If you see a code, call your agent and have it applied.
3)Can I book room only now and than add on the DDP and park tickets or vice versa? Yes. You will have to change it to a package via CAA and then you will be eligible for the CAA/AAA benefits (pkg discount, Diamond parking, Diamond Card, Storytime, etc)

If you think you can do then why not give it a try? Planning and making the reservations is half the fun.

When you call ask outright if there is a discount. Check mousesavers for public any other discounts. CRO will not give you a discount you must ask and say to them, I am AAA, I have an AP, is there a discount?

You can add the DDP I believe up to 48 hours in advance but just call the 800 number and ask about the rules.
