Need advice at each park - which to pick

We will go to WDW around the last weeks of March 2017
Days are not in any particular order

MK
Day 1
Haunted Mansion
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Pirates of the Caribbean
Day 2
Jungle Cruise
Peter Pan's Flight
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

In MK .... "it's a small world" does it really get crowded? Really need a FP+ ?

EPCOT - our only question is why
Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot - I thought it was only for VISA card holders?
We have a VISA credit card with Tinker Bell on it. Why FP+?

DHS question = Fantasmic! has many seats, why FP+ and The Great Movie Ride -> I thought it was closing ?

AK question = DINOSAUR - really need a FP+, does it really get crowded ?

You will not need a FP for Its a small world. The line seems to go fast and if you stay at MK late - you definitely will not need it.

Meet Disney Pals is different from the Visa meet and greet. At the Visa M&G you don't know who will be there and only 2 characters. At Meet the Disney Pals there was Minnie, Mickey and Goofy. So if you do the Visa M&G you don't need to do the Disney Pals meet and greet. We made a FP for it thinking that we could see Joy and Sadness and Baymax - but when we got there it turned out that Joy, Sadness and Baymax were across the walkway in a different building and didn't need a FP. So we went to see them and we didn't wait that long - maybe 10 minutes for Baymax and 20 minutes for Joy and Sadness.

The reason people FP Fantasmic is so they don't have to wait on line for long. There are 1000s of seats and we never have a problem getting in and we go during busy times.

For Dinosaur - the waits were never that bad. We always have FPs for Kali, Everest and the Safari and we always get on Dinosaur.

The only other advice I can give you since you haven't been to Disneyworld in a while is that MK is much bigger and yet it does get very crowded. When we go multiple days to MK we usually make our FPs near each other. Like we do Tomorrowland and Fantasyland together - and then Adventureland and Frontierland together - Liberty Square can be added to either day. The first time we made FPs we were going from one end of the park to the other and it made it much worse. Try to keep your FPs together. Maybe rethink your Day 1 FPs. I wouldn't put them in that order because you will go from one side of the park to the other to then go back to the other side.
