Need advice--ADR's before/after Block Party Bash

We are going to DW for a long weekend. We want to see the Block Party Bash--I have seen it before, but my friend has not. I am trying to get in to Sci Fi for late lunch or dinner (will be at EPCOT am). I already have ADR's for 3:25 pm at Sci Fi--I think we will probably completely miss the BPB. Nothing is available for dinner time. Last time I watched the parade near where it ends--I just can't remember the timing of when the parade reached the back of the park.

What is the latest ADR suggested before BPB and the earliest after BPB?

I've never paid that much attention, but I've seen others post that the BPB ends at 3:35 ish. If you stand near the hat (on the side near American Idol/Commissary Lane - closest to getting to SciFi), I think you will be able to see some of the parade until maybe 3:15 when you should probably be heading to the restaurant.
