Need a Very cushiony Crocs alternative

I've had a lot of luck with Clarks clogs. They are pretty supportive (not as cushy as Crocs, though), and look good. I'm wearing some now!

I like Clarks very much, too. In fact I wear them as my "dress" shoes, to church and such- the styles with the slightly higher wedge heel. I could never wear them all day when I have to be on my feet though.

You know you have bad feet when Clarks are your "dressy" shoes!
