I'll be attending a meeting soon and staying in Downtown Cincinnati, OH. Anyone from that area have any suggestions on a nice, reasonably priced restaurant for dinner one night (maybe near the Hilton)? Thanks in advance!!!

You can walk or take a cab across the river to Newport on the levee, The have a place called Brio's which is an excellent place or if you don't like that there are many places over there to eat.
That's where alot of people go to eat when their in downtown cincy, sorry i only know of a expensive one that is downtown and that is Jeff Ruby's very good also.

The answer is easy.... Skyline. Get a regular "5-Way" and grab a fork!

Of course you shouldn't visit Cincinnati without trying skyline chili - but not for dinner - try that for lunch -

I highly reccomend Montogmery Inn - it is on the river and is the best Ribs in Cincinnati (they have great Chicken too- it is a drive from the Hilton (less than 5 minutes but probably too far to walk) but is one of the most popular in Cincinnati

Don't know what it is about people from Cincinnati and their chili. Drive to Ft Thomas alot for meetings, and Skyline is where they want to go to lunch lol. And don't get them started on who has the best chili, Gold Star vs Skyline.

Hooters is across the river in Kentucky and offers a great outdoor patio with river views. The patio is also shared by another restaurant but its name escapes me.

I second the post on Rock Bottom Brewery and Montgomery Inn. Newport on the Levee is an upscale mall across the river with lots of dining choices (Cincinnati Fish Market for example). They're all good.

A lot of downtown hotels are linked by an overhead walkway so you might want to check that out. "Seafood 32" is a good choice too and it is in the Milleneium Hotel.

A "must experience" and one of the few places you can regularly see businessmen wearing bibs. :)

If you like cajun food, there's a great place that I believe is called Redfish. Look it up!

Nicholson's is so cute. What a fun place.

Palomino usually has an early dinner special.

You guys are the best. Thanks for all the suggestions. Oh, I've had Skyline. In fact, they have a place here. I didn't know they had a Montgomery Inn downtown. Been to the one up north. Love their sauce (we can buy it at Krogers). Looks like some good suggestions for places that I haven't tried. Hope the weather is nice! An outdoor patio with a view of DT Cincy sounds great!
