Need a little refresh on MVMCP...

Hi guys,

I went to MVMCP in 2012... I can't remember all the details and things may have changed since.

1) Can you book FP+ ?
2) Can you book Be Our Guest for dinner?
3) Is it still possible to access the park earlier (I think it was 4 or 5 PM)?
4) Do they still offer free cookies and hot cocoa?
5) When do they start selling the tickets?

Anything else I should know?
