Need a little help

My DD just signed up so she can post to the boards, she signed in and tried to post but when she hits new post it brings her up unregistered and wont let her in. Is she doing something wrong. Thanks Michelle

Mish... make sure she's got the "Browse Board With Cookies" option selected, then try again. If the problem continues, let me know her username and I'll take a look.

Thanks for the quick response. It won't let her sign in at all i can't get to her profile screen. Here username is Eeyore Addict. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks Michelle

She did not have remember user name and log in checked so I changed that.

If you're using the AOL browser, try minimizing that and browsing the DIS with Internet Explorer.
