Need a good Guacamole recipe

I'm sure someone out there has a great one.

I know some people add salsa to theirs, but I don't care for it that way. I don't like tomato in it either. I like avocado and spices, but can't seem to make a great one. I really love the one from Chipotle!

We visited friends in Pensacola years ago and they pulled out one of those wonderful HUGE Florida avocados and just mixed it with some Tony Chachere's Cajun Creole Seasoning and a little lemon juice and it was the best I have ever tasted. I don't know if that helps any.....

There's a premade guacamole sold in the refrigerated section of the produce dept that is REALLY good. I'm a Texan... I know good guacamole!

Unfortuanately, I can't think of the brand name.

I can't tell you what spices to use (we always mix the avocado with salsa as you mentioned), but adding sour cream is a real treat!

LOL....here, I'll share my paper towel....I think I need to go eat something now!!

I've never tried sour cream....sounds like it makes it even creamier!

Yes! DH and I love this too. DH even puts this in omelets! I've made sandwiches with it as a substitute for sliced avocado.
