Need A Good Childrens Song CD

It has dawned on me in the last few months that I have forgotten the words to MANY children's song and I am getting sick of making my own words up.

I need to find a good children's song CD that is halfway entertaining to listen to and won't drive me crazy. I could play it for DS for him to listen to in the car, etc. and just maybe I would learn some of the actual words.

It would be nice for DS to know what happens AFTER the wheels on the bus go round and round, what happens to Miss Muffett after she sat on her tuffet and who is the leader of the club that is made for you and me? (OK, OK...I do know that last one )

Joe Scruggs!!!!! He is hilareous and has wonderful songs and a nice singing voice. . .not too songs many from your childhood as he writes most of his own but oh, so wonderful.

I thnk the guy's name is Raffi. It's been awhile. He does Baby beluga in the deep blue sea.........My kids and nieces and nephews loved him.

Shirly Handy is a fomer elementary school teacher who teaches seminars on a music and literacy connection in preK through second grade. She has a series of cds of children's songs. The favorite one in my classroom is called " Move It". Her son CJ Handy is the performer. My kindergarteners love it when I play the "Five little Monkeys" song because it involves a dance called "fluffing" I can't say enough about her cds!!!!!!
