Need A Favor Please

I was lucky enough to visit DLP in March of this year for a couple of days. Dh & I spent 3 weeks in Europe & I could not be that close & not go. Anyway on our last day there I did my shopping for friends & family. Once we returned to our hotel(we were staying in Paris) & was packing for our departure the next day I realized an item I had purchased was missing. The parks were closed by this time & there was no possible way for me to return to the parks the next day. I emailed DLP & While in Switzerland received a wonderful response from them. All I needed to do was mail them the receipt & they would replace the missing item.

I planned on doing this once we returned back to the states. Due to many reasons I never got around to it & when I did finally think about it, I felt it was to late to mess with it. The missing item was a brown enamelware mug with Mickey on it. The cost was around 6 Euros. This particular gift was for a friend that collects coffee mugs & I felt really bad that I was not able to give her something. She is going through a bad time at the moment & I would love to be able to give her this gift.

So my favor, can anyone that is going soon look for this & possibly get it for me? I would be forever grateful!

I'm sure if you emailed disney again with the last emails quoted they will still honour it?

Try Disney to see if they would honour what they said - scan the recipt and attach to a reply email - with their original email on it.

If you dont hear back - I would be more than happy to pick it up for you

Unfortunetley I do not have the reply email, I must have deleted it when cleaning out my mailbox. All I have is the email that I originally sent.
