We have 10 days at the world, but 2 of them will be spent for day trips to other places, so we need 8 day passes. From what I can find, it seems to me Annual Passes are the best route, as I can not find an 8 day park hopper. Am I right?

Yep, the Annual Pass would be your best bet -- and best of all -- you get the opportunity to go back again sometime over the next 12 month. That what got us started! Why go once during a 12 month period when you can go twice.

If there's little or no chance of you returning within a year and/or Plusses are important, you might want to consider a Fun in the Sun pass which gives 30 days of unlimited everything, Park hopping, unlimited Plusses, unlimited Disney Quest and a free character breakfast to boot. AND.. it's less $$ than a 7 Day Hopper Plus or an AP. If they're still available when we're ready to but, it'll be our choice. Look here:

:rotfl:

This was my secret plan! We went in March and, well, since we already have the AP's, we're going again at Christmas! MUCH easier to convince DH.

I read the above description on the Mousesavers webpage for the Fun in the Sun pass and it states it is not intended for sale in North America. If that is wrong and it is available, where do you purchase them?

BC,

Click the link in my previous post. That's where I'm getting mine. Disney doesn't market FITS passes in the US but ticket brokers that have them sell them without regard to nationality. Several DIS members have used these. I'm going the first week in Jan. and I'll report my experience here.

Bill, Sorry if I'm misunderstanding....

Is Ticketmania where you plan to purchase your tickets at? Do you know if the prices include tax and how much shipping is?

Also...do you happen to know how much parking is?

MateasMom,

This link:

Takes you to DiscountOrlandoVacation, the Fun in the Sun ticket is listed here, and this is where I'll be buying. Here's their shipping policy:

Free shipping applies to orders containing only dinner shows and/or 1-Day Disney Quest tickets. All other orders must purchase a FedEx Shipping Option. By not doing so, your order will be voided. The FedEx Regular is for U.S. residents only. All others must purchase the 'International Mail'.

There is no tax charged on the 'net which accounts for a great deal of the savings as Fl has a 6% or 7% tax if memory serves.

If you stay at a WDW resort, parking is free, just show the slip they give you to allow you into you resort's lot when you go to a park and you're in. If off site, I think it's about $6 per day, not sure.

Thank you very much Bill. I clicked on all the other links in the thread....must have missed yours though.

Have you ordered from this company before? Thanks :D

MateasMom,

No, two other companies a total of three times with no problems. The ones I've used before don't carry this pass so I was forced to go shopping again.
