Need 71 Points for November 04

My family and I are looking to stay at a Disney Property November 13th leaving on November 18th and would be interested in any DVC property. If I did my math right I would need around 71 points (23 for Saturday and 12 each for Sunday - Wed night for the Beach Club and Boardwalk). I would be interested in renting this from someone. I am not a DVC member and have never done such a deal/arrangement. If interested let me know how we would proceed. Please respond to my email cruisinmwc@aol.com
