Need 60 Points at BCV

I would like to rent 60 points for a studio at the Beach Club Villas for the dates Oct. 2 through Oct. 7 2005. Is there any way a studio facing EPCOT can be requested and/or guarenteed? How much is the per day housekeeping fee for a studio? And what kind of services can a Beach Club Villa guest use at the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts (specifically their pool and room service features)?
