Need 3 types of Quickbreads!!!?

My son is in high school and he was absent for a class (elective called Chef's class) and he has to know what the 3 types of quickbreads are. If anyone knows, I also need to know an example of each. Lastly, if you really know your stuff, please tell me for each type, what the ratio of flour to liquid is. I know this is a stupid question, but I am very tired and have been searching the net all day.

I don't have the recipes in front of me, I am just waking up....but I am adding, Date Nut, Poppy Seed, Pumpkin, Cranberry,Carrot, Blueberry.

Coffee cakes is probably one of the three types. Maybe pancakes and waffles is another. I would say that the third is probably things like the examples listed. I don't know what to call those other than just bread.
