need 200points for first timers!

We are looking for points for a 2 bedroom villa @ OKW Jan.25-31. Looking on the points calculator we will need 196 points. So if anyone has 200 to rent out or any information or tips I would appreciate it. This is our first trip to WDW and my first time doing this renting thing. Thanks, amy
