Need to book 12 tickets but Disney website only lets me select 10. Do I do two separate booking or do I call in to customer service to book 12 together

You can only have up to 10 tickets linked on the Disney app unless that has changed recently so you will probably need to do two separate purchases. I dont think you will be able to show all 12 on the app however. I think someone else will need to have the remaining 2 on their own app.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Can the tickets be added to multiple devices? My wife is traveling with 11 others 6 of them teens. If they want to use LL does each person need there own device? If a couple of the people don't have phones can there tickets be put on multiple peoples phones if they want to do LL with different people?

Let's call the person with out a phone "Guest A" and the person with the phone "Guest B."

Booking a LL needs to be done on a phone. Guest A can link their ticket on Guest B's app. Guest B would be in charge of booking LL for Guest A & B. They don't necessarily need to be the same attractions at the same time.

In order to enter the LL queue, one either needs a MB+ or a phone. If Guest A and Guest B are going on the attraction together, Guest B scans their ticket, swipes to Guest A's ticket , scans that, and they both enter. Alternatively, if Guest A has a MB+, they can use that and Guest B doesn't need to scan them into the queue.

To link tickets:
  • open the app
  • tap the hamburger menu on the bottom right
  • select "My Tickets & Passes"
  • tap on the blue circle with the + inside on the top right
  • tap on "Link Tickets & Passes"
  • follow the directions to use a camera or type a ticket ID into the app

What is MB+ ?

Could Guest B and Guest C link Guest A's ticket to their apps?

Magic Band +. Original Magic Bands don't have the + and don't work at Disneyland.

Yes, multiple people can control each other's tickets. I have a family of four on my account - myself, my spouse and my two adult children. We linked our tickets on all of our accounts. Sometimes we visit the parks together. Sometimes we visit separately. I can book, cancel, modify everyone's reservation and they can do the same for mine. We can all book or modify LL for each other.

Note that scanning into the park works the same as scanning into a LL. Guest B would need to scan their ticket, swipe to Guest A's ticket, scan that, then enter. If Guest A has a Magic Band + linked to their account (needs to be done on the Guest B or C's phone prior to arriving), they can tap themselves into the park.
