What are the reservations that are the hardest to get? The reservations that you will be on the phone/online at the crack of dawn on your ADP day to make?

'Ohana
Chef Mickey's breakfast
Le Cellier (although now that it will be 2 credits in 2011 maybe it won't be as in demand)

Not sure about signature restaurants, haven't eaten there yet.

I just booked reservations today for Jan 21-29, 2011 and I got everything I wanted except 'Ohana, and we're doing Le Cellier at lunch instead of dinner.

If you can't get what you want, keep trying!!
Good Luck:)

'Ohana
CRT
Crystal Palace if you want before the park opens
I find Coral Reef books up fast too.

Thanks! I have awhile, but it's good to know in advance. I will definitly be doing lunch at Le Cellier instead of dinner. I really, really, really want Ohana. Good luck to you too- hope you can get into Ohana!

Crystal Palace looks so good, but I'm not sure about that one yet. We have CL at BC so I'm not sure if we will be doing any breakfasts. We will only have 6 TS so I'm really trying to narrow it down so I have a good list and a few backups. So far I'm thinking Biergarten, Rose and Crown (not my choice-my husband is from Scotland and loves this place), Le Cellier for lunch, 50's Diner, Ohana. . .and checking menus for others. :)

The top three hardest to get for dinner:
Le Celliar
Ohana
Coral Reef

Somewhat difficult to get but not quite as much:
Teppan Edo
Hoop Dee Doo
Aloha Luau

Character buffets can fill quickly but we don't usually eat at buffets.

All of the ones you have mentioned can be booked online. You can do that 1 hour earlier than placing the phone call. The online system resets the 180 day calendar at 6 am Eastern time. If you have never booked online start practicing with it now. Don't actually book anything, just learn how it works. Once you know how it works it is quite simple. (Unless it is one of the days that the system is not working properly.) If you don't have everything complete by 7 am then you can make the call. I was able to make 11 ADRs online in about 17 minutes and many folks are quicker than me.

CRT, the dinner shows and a few others that require a credit card need to be booked with a CM on the phone. But all others can be done online.

Le Cellier-I tried to book dinner right at 180 days out but was only able to get lunch. However, a week ago a dinner and lunch reservation were available for me for our September trip. We decided not to go, however.

CRT-In the beginning this was super easy to get!!! I booked for 12PM then decided I wanted dinner and changed to 5PM and then decided I wanted lunch afterall. The earliest lunch time available was 1:10PM. I've been looking for 11:45 for a while with no luck!

Chef Mickey's-I'm not sure what they did but this was supposedly all booked but then a bunch of breakfast reservations opened up.

Fantasmic Dining Package...especially difficult to book because of reduced number of shows.

CRT...because this is a sentimental favorite. I "forgot" to reserve this for our upcoming trip. I've tried to book since (approximately) the 150 day mark...unsuccessfully.

My Disney Girl’s Perfectly Princess Tea Party...limited space and only available 3 days a week. This is very expensive and (IMO) a once in a lifetime experience.
