hi so I am going for the first time in nov. on Saturday no 14 we will be spending the day outside the parks, we are going to an NHL game in the evening (exact times aren't yet released) we would like to during the day go to the beach I was wondering if there are any beaches between Disney-tampa arena that regulars would recommend and/or any where to maybe do a boat tour or something like that to see wild animals like dolphins or manatees or alligators in the wild or a sanctuary ?

Orlando is in central Florida, so if you want a beach you have to go east (towards Daytona) or west (towards Tampa etc).

Assuming this is the Tampa Bay NHL team you're talking about, you'll want to be/stay in Tampa for beachy dolphiny manatee-y sort of things, IF there are dolphins and manatees over in that area. Maybe googling is in order here? There's a good site called visitflorida.com, for instance, that might give info on where to find manatees.

Thanks I was planning to google was just hoping some regulars might have inside tips lol im quite sure it is tampa lighting we are seeing I know its both flordia teams playing eachother so that confuses me lol I know its like 2hour drive from Disney?

Also search for Clearwater Beach and Siesta Key. They aren't too far from Tampa.

Also check Tripadvisor because I've seen kayaking and snorkeling with the manatees reviews.

You're welcome! It sounds like fun except to the other people in my family - they vetoed it last year!:)

I emailed the tour company for some more details it said only 9mins left so hopefully it works for us if not I might have to resell or something *fingers crossed*
