It should be, I did a lot in the Barcelona terminal pre cruise.

Thanks! If we have to sit there waiting for a little bit, it would nice to be able to do something productive AND for the cruise at that point. LOL

DS's phone (fauxn is what I call it) doesn't have a SIM and only gets wifi. He was able to download the app while in our room waiting for sail away.

I had thought we used cell time for that (we are from the U.S. and we were still in FL while docked at PC) but that couldn't have been so, since DS's device doesn't get cell.

Anyway, last minute DS and DH downloaded and launched the app to their samsungs. Easy.

Don't really need to download the app (everyone in my party already has it downloaded). I was more interested in setting it up with everyone's numbers for the texting feature and starting to flag "favorites" in the app, etc.

My dad took his phone swimming, so we didn't really try out texting. The app was great for keeping track of activities though and getting reminders when things were about to start.

Be sure to turn notifications on from your phone so you will get notified each time you get a new message and/or when your "saved" activities are coming up.

Yes I really liked being able to read the menus so you understand the choice and do not miss something good. Occasionally it's quite fast to order and this saves you looking at the menu placed outside the restaurant.

I thought the App was amazing. We only did a little texting with it. Biggest problem was the notification that a message had come in was so subtle that unless you had phone in your hand you did not feel it.

But the ability to look at ALL the activities at once based on time was great. We could decide which direction to go at any given moment and plan ahead for character pics and trivia times and what not. Or you could sort so it only listed character appearances or adult only activities or family activities.

And we really enjoyed being able to peruse and pour over the menus for any given night earlier in the day. And look at the children's menu choices without having to ask for a copy of the children's menu at dinner that night. We are all adults but had some picky eaters that occasionally chose that instead of something on the adult menu.
