I am having trouble purchasing a seasonal annual pass on line. It take me to the premium pass...What's going on?

From that page, you need to click on "Check for more special products and prices". Then there you can select Florida Residents. Once I did that, it showed the FL Resident prices, and now appears in the pulldown.

yes, but when you continue to purchase it with the monthly plan it takes you to the premium annual pass..so weird..

It starts the day you get an "activated" pass. If you ordered it for will call pickup, then when you pick it up at the ticket booth, it is activated that day (but check when you receive it that the expiration date is correct - sometimes they make a mistake and it backdates to the purchase date).

If you have them sent to you, you get an "exchange certificate" (also called a "voucher") which is a plastic card. You still have to go to the ticket booth and exchange that for the activated pass. Expiration rule still applies though.

Fantasmic and the various fireworks can be added to 'My Plans' in MDE. It will only create an entry, not an actual reservation.

Are you talking about the Dinner packages that include special seating for those events? I would think your ADR number would work the same as any other dining reservation, but I haven't had one to try.

If you are talking about FP+ reserved experiences, then no.

Edit: and as erionm said, you can add these things in My Plans so that it shows up in your itinerary as a reminder. But no reservation is involved.

So back in January I booked our 12/14-12/21 reservation at OKW. It showed up in MDE . Last week,I was able to switch the reservation to BCV!
But now it doesn't show up in MDE and I get the can not locate messge when I try to link it. I even called DVC member services and they reset the reservation and MDE still can't find it. In a few weeks I want to make dining ressies using the 180 + ten. Guess I will have to do it over the phone and then all those ressies won't show up either . This app is worthless. The old program worked much better. Aghhhhhh!

How do I link my reservation on my iphone? When I put in my confirmation number and try to enter phone number- it's not working. I cannot put in the ( and ) for my area code so the whole thing won't link! What do I do?

You are supposed to enter phone number like this: (xxx)xxx-xxxx

but on iphone you can only do it like this: xxxxxxxxxx

Ugh!

I've had the same problem. Ended up having to link them within the website and it asked for last name rather than phone number. Once linked, they do appear under My Reservations on the iPhone app.

As WolkpackFan said, for Resort Reservations it should be asking for a Last Name along with the Confirmation Number.

Dining Reservations ask for a Phone Number along with the Confirmation Number.

When I tap the ... button at the bottom of the iPhone App, then tap on My Reservations and again on Rooms and Packages, I get an option to link a missing reservation. When I tap on that "Don't See Your Reservation?" link, I'm promted for Confirmation Numebr and Last Name. It does not ask for phone number.

I remember there was a problem with an early version of the app that wouldn't accomodate linking resort reservations through your phone, but that should have been fixed (and has on my phone, as far as I can tell). Make sure you're using the latest version of the app.

Ok, thanks! This worked. It wouldn't pull up under My Plans but pulled up under reservation. I went online at my home computer as well and checked it all before I tried this. Lots of glitches in this system!

Right. Apparently, the My Plans section of the app does not include resort information like the My Itinerary part of the website does.

My best guess is that they are designing the app for use in the parks. And they thought the resort information was extraneous and not needed to be quicly recalled on the app, because people using the app in the park already know where they're staying.
