It is an indoor attraction, so time of day doesn't matter.

Oh is it indoors?! I had no idea! I thought it was like Jungle Cruise, haha. I'm finally going in a couple weeks to ride this. I've always fastpassed FOP instead in the past.

So is it more like Small World, design-wise?

A little bit of the que is outside, but the rest is all indoors, so it doesn't matter. Now Pandora itself, is very nice during the day, but I think much better at night.

Just don't stand in line 40 min like my family did... not worth it. We couldn't get it as a fourth FP when we were there in May. Most of the que was under cover if you do go in the day. Try to walk through Pandora in both the daylight and evening, two different experiences. The floating islands were really cool.

We were there Monday night, we had a FOP fastpass for 9:30. It was about 10:15 when we got off (close at 10:30). Navi said 45 minute wait, we suspected it may not be right so we went in standby. 5 minutes.

It is indoors, but I do think time of day can certainly set a different tone for the ride. On one hand it is very cool going at night because Pandora is INSANELY awesome at night and that flows nicely into the rides darker indoor setting. On the other hand, there is something cool about going during the day because inside the ride it feels VERY different than the sunny FL day outside.

Either way, I HIGHLY recommend visiting Pandora during the day first thing in the morning and then going back the same night, when its good and dark, to get the full experience of how it changes.

It's a very pretty, very boring, indoor boat ride that lasts about 5 minutes. It's fine, but I'm glad I only waited 5 minutes for it. The best plan is to get in line right before the park closes

It does not matter if you ride this attraction day or night as it is inside. However, do not wait in a long line for this. We found the ride to be very interesting, very colorful and very short. We were expecting something the length of Small World or Pirates but it seemed that it just got started and it was over. Fortunately we had used a fast pass and waited only a few minutes. It is certainly worth riding once but I doubt we will waste a fast pass on it again.

It's one of the better rides to get stuck on for five minutes or so. On It's a Small World if I get stuck I think I may loose my mind ... but Navi has a lot of detail that is hard to catch even at the slow pace of the boats.

Even indoors, you can see much more detail on dark rides at night because your eyes have adjusted.

We RD Navi (we had a FPS for FoP) and it worked great cuz everyone else was heading to FoP. If you want no wait (it’s beautiful but not worth a long wait) go at RD.
