Navi River and Tusker House ?

I doubt this is doable, but wanted to see if anyone thinks it is. If I rope drop Navi (8am EMH) would we make it to an 8:10 Tusker House reservation? I keep seeing that the park lets people in early, but how much? I have a 9:55 Tusker House, so I will cancel the 8:10 most likely. Just wanted to see if it’s at all feasible.
