National - use Emerald Club code instead of Priceless code

I just saved an extra $45 on my minivan rental from Feb. 24-Mar. 9 by using the Emerald Club Contract ID (5007125) instead of the Priceless code (6600330). I previously had the Priceless code applied to my ressie and it didn't do anything to the price (although the WWEB Rate Code REALLY helped me).

I have been reading on the board here that Priceless is no longer working for people so I decided to play around with all the other codes that applied to me. The EC code took off another $39 and then my taxes and fees went down too.

I agree. When I read that the Priceless code no longer eliminated the concession fee, I double-checked all of the codes, and the Emerald Club codes now offer a better deal. In fact, after all the taxes and extras, the price with the EC code is within $2-3 of what my Priceless code rate was when the concession fee wasn't included! Maybe this is National's way of offering better rewards to EC members?

Edited to add: I wound up with a minivan for 5/8-5/15 for $243, all inclusive.

I just played around with codes for my June 18-23 trip. Priceless was a couple dollars cheaper than Emerald Club. But I got a better rate with a code from the american casino guide listed on mousesavers.

For me the AMEX code worked best this time. last year was Priceless, year before, Carlson....

Can someone tell me what the WWEB rate code is?? Can anyone use it?? Thanks!!

The WWEB rate code comes right off of National's website. It is currently only good for reservations through the end of March. I think they update it every few weeks or so. I am goin at the beginning of March and had to wait until last week to use it for the days and vehicle that I wanted. I just kept trying and finally it worked! Good luck!

Oops, I just checked the website and WWEB is now good through May 31.
