National rentals & car seats

I thought I read somewhere that National will not charge for a Child's car seat beyond 4 days. Is this correct? I am planning a 10 day trip. I was planning to bring my own car seat, but if I can rent one at the 4 day price I would do that instead.

We had a 8 day rental and National charged for the 2 car seats we needed, this was last January.

I checked on my 10 day rental. Adding 1 car seat for 10 days is $49.00.
