After some searching on their site, I found it:

"No-show

National Car Rental may charge a fee for vehicles that are reserved but not rented, if the reservation is not canceled 24 hours prior to anticipated arrival.
No-show fees will be billed to the credit card given at the time of reservation."

So, as long as you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you'll be fine.

Wow ! Mine went down another $10 to $168.19 for a full size for ten days !

Thanks, mine also went down another $5. I'm paying $93 for a 8 day rental for a full size (I have Executive Aisle service, pay for intermediate and guaranteed full size or larger). Paying $120 total after taxes. I think this may be my all time lowest. However, my rate for the first 2 weeks of May has gone up. I was paying a base rate of $134, now it's $151 (intermediate price). I have a rate of $299 (total taxes and discounts) for a full size for 15 days.
