what a headache! you know, i think i might make a request that if something does happen while you're on vacation, that they are obligated to provide a rental car and cover towing expenses so that your vacation won't be greatly affected! looks like they could like loan you a car from the dealership or something. hope it all works out for you!

I guess at the end of the day, if you get there and you didn't want to use your car, you can use Disney transportation as a back up.

Oh Blus I am sooo sorry about your car woos !!Judy just got a 2005 Buick Riviera !!! She is still learning the gadgets and also keeps hearing things But she is glad to have something other than a mini van !!! Of course the big plus is she can only fit us in it !!! So she is no longer the chaffeur for all the kids friends

We are off to Kyles birthday Party shortly !!! I am sooo glad this is only a once a year event !!! I think he invited all his classWill fill you in this evening!!!

I agree that they should provide you with a loaner or rental car , considering they are the ones that sold you the piece of crap.

I'm going to try. I'm going to try a lot of things on Monday. For instance, I want confirmation that this sales lady has the ball rolling on the new vehicle. And that they WILL tow my car and put us in a rental of EQUAL VALUE to get home in. The latter part they WILL do. I'm not taking no for an answer.

The loaner cars are actual new cars off the lot. Since they give me a hard time each time I bring my car in with giving me another yukon to drive, I doubt they will give me one for the trip. I have to argue every time because they always want to give me something cheaper and I'm like.....NO!!

True. But by this point that will make me mad too. I'm just in a not so good place right now. Everytime I think of it I get very angry. I'm trying to stay calm and it's taking everything I have. I feel like they should find me a car off of a lot somewhere and switch me out. I can't decide if the sales lady is just trying to "impress" by ordering a new one off the line, or if what she said about it being "cheaper" for them is true....which she thinks will help the case she is going to present to get us switched out. I am at a crossroads right now. Not sure if I should trust what she says or put my foot down and demand they find me one THIS WEEK off of another lot BEFORE we leave on Friday.

They should be spending their calling every dealership, finding you a new one and having it delivered to your dealership at their cost



Normally the dealers themselves have demos they drive. Your dealer should be giving you her car for the week since they screwed up

I hope I can get some sort of good news this week on the car situation. I'm trying to keep my eye on the prize. We are doing Disney in 6 days!!!

I love looking through old pictures. I know there are plenty more somewhere of that WDW trip. I just can't find them. My dad may have them. He was the photographer of the family.

Yes I do feel better now. So where are you going to watch the game from?? I can't remember, are you staying with friends/family or in a hotel? We'll have to come online if you can on Superbowl night and compare notes as to what's going on where we are. I'll have my laptop at the hotel, plus I just got a new Droid phone from Verizon. (competes with the iphone) So now I can get online on the go!

As for the hair.....yeah, i feel your pain on that one.
